Not-So-Scary Halloween Costume Party

at the St. Matthews Studios

from 6:00 – 10:00pm

Louisville Ballet School students and their friends can enjoy an evening of dancing, games, crafts, food and fun! Pizza, snacks and drinks will be provided.

Drop off: 6:00 until 6:30pm.  Pick up: 9:30 until 10:00pm.
Late pick-up fees will be charged.

Return completed registration form with check or cash to the “PALS Lock Box” located in the Lobby of the St. Matthews Studio.
