Come celebrate National Dance Day with the Louisville Ballet School at our open house on Saturday, July 30th from 10 am to 2 pm at the St. Matthews studios (4121 Shelbyville Rd.). Enjoy light refreshments, observe classes, and meet our fantastic faculty!

Louisville Ballet Youth Ensemble @ Zombie Walk

Members of the Louisville Ballet Youth Ensemble joined thousands of “zombies” on Sunday, August 29th as they invaded Bardstown Road. Take a look at the dancers performing to a classic horror anthem.

Louisville Ballet School & Louisville Science Center partner up …

The Louisville Ballet School and the Louisville Science Center are joining together to have some fun with dance and the new exhibit, Sesame Street presents The Body. The first of these three amazing events is coming up fast, so don’t miss out (Saturday, August 28 from 10 am to 2 pm)! Meet young dancers from the Louisville Ballet Youth Ensemble, get to take mini-classes in jazz and hip hop (all ages welcome), and explore the Louisville Science Center and this fantastic, interactive exhibit.

Parents’ Night Out – Valentine’s Day

The Louisville Ballet School will host a special “Dance Your Heart’s Content” Valentine’s Party on Saturday, February 13th from 6:30 – 10 pm. Kids will dance, make arts & craft projects and enjoy a pizza party while parents have a date night just in time for Valentine’s Day. A fantastically, festive and fun event for children ages 3 and up.
