APPRENTICE

Danny Ryan began his professional dance training at fifteen with Rafael Delgado in his hometown of Milwaukee, Wis. Before joining the Louisville Ballet in 2006, he was a guest artist with City Ballet Theatre, Madison Ballet and Midland Festival Ballet in The Nutcracker, and also appeared at the Gala Performance of Regional Dance America’s Southwest Festival. His performances with the Louisville Ballet include Domy Reiter-Soffer’s Beauty and the Beast, Twyla Tharp’s Nine Sinatra Songs, The Nutcracker and Val Caniparoli’s Lambarena. Last season, Danny had the pleasure of performing Prince Charming in Alun Jones’ Cinderella in England with Company member Mallory Mann.
