TRAINEE

Savannah Biedenbach of Tunkhannock, Pa., trained at the New Paltz Ballet Theater with former New York City Ballet members Peter Naumann and Lisa Chalmers-Naumann. Savannah has attended many summer programs with such schools as the School of American Ballet, San Francisco Ballet and Miami City Ballet. One of her favorite performances is the ballet/opera Carmina Burana, where Savannah performed a pas de deux with New York City Ballet member Nilas Martins. In 2005, Savannah danced with the National Broadway tour of Contact throughout the United States and Canada. Later that year, she became a trainee with the Cincinnati Ballet. This will be her first season with the Louisville Ballet.
