Follow this checklist for fast and easy service:

1. Select a performance
   Louisville Ballet presents four productions from September through April. Visit the “Performance” tab for a complete listing.
2. Contact the Group Sales Manager
   Call Alyson Klinglesmith at (502) 583.3150 x242 or email her aklinglesmith@louisvilleballet.org for personalized customer service. Ask for program descriptions and which dates have the best availability.
3. Estimate the size of your group
   A minimum of 10 people are needed for special group pricing. The more people you bring (and the earlier you order), the better your discount! Be sure to promote the event to family, friends and colleagues.
4. Reserve your tickets and make payment arrangements
   Full payment and final ticket count is required 3 weeks prior to your event date. If your event is less than 3 weeks away full payment is due at the time order is placed. Tickets will be mailed to you to distribute to your members.
5. Sit back and enjoy the performance!
