The Louisville Ballet and Louisville Orchestra are excited to announce a partnership for select performances of The Brown-Forman Nutcracker. Further proving themselves as a committed arts partner, the Brown-Forman Corporation has made a generous gift to the Louisville Orchestra allowing them to provide live music for the Louisville Ballet’s performances on December 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16*. The Ballet will perform to recorded music on December 21, 22 and 23.
While exchanges are not typically allowed for non-subscribers, we will work with ticket holders for December 21, 22 and 23 if they wish to move to an earlier date. Please see details below on how to exchange tickets.
- If you are a subscriber, Louisville Ballet School parent or purchased group tickets, you can exchange tickets by calling the Louisville Ballet Box Office at (502) 583-2623 or by visiting 315 East Main Street Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- If you purchased tickets online or at The Kentucky Center, tickets can be exchanged by calling The Kentucky Center Box Office at (502) 584-7777 or by visiting 501 West Main Street during normal business hours.

*Beginning November 26, tickets purchased for performances with orchestra will have a small premium added to help the Ballet defray unscheduled costs of our conductors.
