A Statement on COVID-19

Esteemed Patrons of Louisville Ballet –

Keeping the safety and well-being of our patrons, dancers, staff, friends, family and those yet known to us is in the forefront of our minds, and we want to be as proactive and agile as possible in our response to the Coronavirus global pandemic. As such, Louisville Ballet has made the difficult decision to postpone our upcoming Raise the Barre fundraising event for our Company Dancers on March 14, and also our scheduled performances of Kentucky! Volume 1 on April 3-4.

As our world faces an unprecedented viral outbreak, we wish to communicate our great hope that the wonderful community of Louisville continues to support one another in these fearful and uncertain times. We believe in the strength and brotherhood of this city, and Louisville Ballet can and will be part of the solution to this global crisis. We will work towards fair and reasonable solutions for tickets and subscriptions, and we are committed to providing updates on our website as the situation progresses with our company and season.

We are so grateful for the support of our patrons and subscribers and we look forward to being your destination for an evening of incredible dance very soon.

Warmest Regards,

Robert Curran
