Raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Eleanor (Ellie) Prince trained in the Louisville Ballet School from their earliest childhood programs all the way through the Pre-Professional Division, then having the honor of dancing as a Trainee with the company. She continued her training at Stanford University under Alex Ketley and Anton Pankevich, where she also graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, graduate studies in Robotics, and recognition for leadership in the arts and ballet. Some of her most meaningful performances with the company have included Balanchine’s Rubies, Robert Curran’s Giselle, Val Caniparoli’s The Brown-Forman Nutcracker, La Bayadére, and more, and she was overjoyed and honored to join Louisville Ballet as a Company Artist in 2023
