As a reminder, submitting this form does not guarantee your reservation. You should receive an email confirmation – please check your spam folder if there are any issues.

  • Any changes to the reservation, including adding or subtracting ticket numbers, must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than November 15, 2024 by 5PM. We cannot honor any changes to your reservation after this date.
  • Payment or Purchase Order must be received by November 29 in order to finalize your reservation
  • This reservation page is for paid student tickets. The offer for Bridge the Gap funding- Free tickets for Title 1 Schools will open in October

Performance Information
Each Student Matinee is expected to last approximately 75 minutes and includes excerpts from the named production performed by Louisville Ballet.
In addition, educators will receive a comprehensive Study Guide before the performance to enhance the experience for students.

All schools or attendees are responsible for providing their own transportation.

THE BROWN-FORMAN NUTCRACKER will take place at The Kentucky Center (in Whitney Hall).

Student tickets are $10 each, with a minimum purchase of 10 tickets per order.
One FREE adult chaperone ticket is provided per 10 student tickets.
Student tickets for orders of less than 10 students are $20 each.
Additional adult chaperone tickets are available for $20 each.

 

Student Matinee Reservation Request

  • Please list the lead chaperone or contact of person who will be attending the performance with the group
  • Please phone number for the person who will be attending with the group
  • Please list the email for the person who will accompany the group the day of the performance
  • Your answer may include multiple grade levels
  • Student tickets - $10 each Minimum of 10 tickets required
  • $20 each if you do not meet the 10 ticket minimum
  • How many complimentary chaperone tickets do you need? You must purchase at least 10 student tickets to receive one free adult ticket
  • $20 per adult (in addition to one complimentary chaperone ticket for every 10 students)
  • Wheelchairs, walkers, sensory needs, audio/visual supports. Accessibility requests for wheelchair remains must be communicated at least 24 hours before the performance.
