Group Sales
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for special benefits through the Louisville Ballet Box Office. These include discounts up to 15% off regular single ticket prices, flexible payment options, early access to seating, and waived or reduced service fees. Please note that our Group Sales online payment portal is not available at this time.
Classic Group
Order is arranged, purchased, and distributed by one person.
- Receive a price quote valid for up to 30 days; no deposit required.
- An invoice with payment due dates will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours of your ticket order.
- Full payment is due four weeks prior to the performance date. Reservations made within four weeks of the performance require full payment within seven days.
- Until final payment is made, your group may change the ticket order without penalty, provided it does not drop below the group minimum.

How big does my group have to be?
Group minimum is 10 people; there is no maximum group size.
Can my group include children?
Yes, we welcome children ages 2 and up to our performances. Please note that everyone who enters the theater must have a ticket and lap-sitting is not permitted.
When do groups receive their tickets?
After a final payment is received and processed, classic group tickets are mailed or emailed to be printed on demand. We are also happy to offer scheduled box office pickup or will call options. Please let our box office team know which option you prefer when you place your order.

- Please advise Louisville Ballet of any special seating or accessibility needs when making your reservation.
- Payment in full is due four weeks prior to the performance date unless indicated otherwise.
- Louisville Ballet reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet the payment requirements.
- Out-of-state group orders must be picked up in person at the box office. Please arrange pick-up ahead of time.
- Louisville Ballet reserves the right to refuse service to any entity that resells our tickets for profit in the secondary marketplace and to cancel any tickets sold by group purchasers to individuals in violation of this agreement without compensation.
